Lisanne Beijk

Motivation and engagement in an online world

If there’s one word that defines Lisanne Beijk, it’s ‘energetic’. She’s an entrepreneur, a kickboxer, and when she’s not in the ring, she runs her own building project. After getting dual degrees in both Sociology and Policy and Organization, she gained extensive experience in the field of consultancy. Now, she’s general manager at the innovative gamification start-up and Microsoft partner The Cue.

The Cue develops games for A-brands and major domestic and international organisations that work with Office365. With those games, employees learn how to work more effectively with the various Microsoft applications. This results in higher productivity, motivation and cooperation. This is exactly where Lisanne gets her contagious energy from.

Being the last speaker at our event, Lisanne will share her insights on how to keep motivation and engagement high. Not only for yourself, but also within your team and organization – whether you work digitally, hybrid or completely offline.
